Anglian Water has published the independent Customer Engagement Forum report, which provides independent review of the process the company went through to ensure its business plan is robust and reflects what matters most to customers.

Anglian Water undertook extensive consultation with its customers and stakeholders to form its business plan for 2020-2025, resulting in more than half a million customer interactions.
